That is her character Saiph! I really like her design, it's so cool how she has like a little galaxy in her mane and tail .  I couldn't achieved that effect though x>

I hope you like it! Saiph's colors are  probably a little different because of all the lighting effects I used at the end, so I'm sorry about that ;u;
